laundered.

A. Yes, you can cancel. See Terms & Conditions for any cancellation
fees.
Q. Can I change my order?
A. Yes, you can change your order up to 6 weeks before the date of
delivery. Our stocks may be allocated elsewhere, but we will try our
best to help.
Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. Payments are either by cheque, Google Checkout or PayPal.
Q. How long before I get confirmation of my order?
A. Once you have placed an order, a member of staff will contact you by
phone to check your order and sizes. They will then discuss the
method of payment you want to use. When we have received your
payment you should receive a confirmation e-mail within the next
24hrs.

A. Yes. A deposit of £50 per order is required. This will be returned to you
once the goods have been returned and checked.
Q. It is my first time skiing and I am not sure what other clothes I
will need?
A. Please look at our What to Wear Skiing which is found under FAQ.
This explains what type of clothes are needed for skiing and why.
Q. Why do I have to wear so many layers?
A. You can never predict what the weather is going to be like while skiing.
You can start with a cool sharp morning and end up with the sun
blazing down by the afternoon. On the other hand, the day may start
sunny and end up freezing snow. Layers help with all eventualities as
you can remove or add clothing depending on the weather.
Q. Can I buy rentals after use?
A. No, but every few years we change our stock and we let our customers
have first knowledge of our sale of rental clothes.
Q. Can I just buy the clothes new instead of renting them?
A. No. We only rent ski jackets, salopettes and snow boots, but we sell
accessories such as socks, goggles, gloves and much more.
Q. If I damage an item I have rented what happens?
A. Please look at our Terms & Conditions and read Late Returns &
Damaged Goods.
